Each unit comes complete with a custom pan package consisting of roll dome, perforated pans, steaming baskets, 8" deep shoulder pans, lids and brackets.

• Centre bun warmer holds up to 4 dozen buns
• Preheats in 15 - 20 minutes, up to 30 minutes if using cold water
