Free Nationwide Delivery
ShopAppliances.com offers complimentary nationwide delivery on all orders over $799. Some ZIP codes fall outside our primary carrier network. If your address is in one of these areas, checkout will display “Curbside Delivery” to indicate that in-home services are not available. Orders shipping outside our standard delivery zone will be fulfilled by FedEx Freight LTL or a trusted partner carrier.
Delivery Options
In-Home Delivery
Our primary delivery method for most major appliances. The delivery team will safely place your products in the room of your choice or in the garage to keep them protected until installation.
Includes:
- Delivery inside your home, to your chosen room or garage.
- Optional installation services for eligible products when selected at checkout.
- Removal of packaging materials related to the installation.
Curbside Delivery (FedEx Freight or Alternate Carrier)
If your ZIP code is outside our in-home delivery radius, your order ships via FedEx Freight LTL or a comparable partner carrier. The driver will deliver to the front door, back door, or garage and a signature is required upon receipt.
Important:
- Room-of-choice placement is not available.
- Installation and haul-away services are not provided for curbside deliveries.
- Packaging removal is not included.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
Local Deliveries (Select ZIP Codes in New Jersey & New York): Delivered within 1–3 business days after shipping.
Non-Local Deliveries: Transit times vary by carrier and destination, typically taking 7–20 business days.
Tracking information and delivery appointment notifications are emailed once your order ships.
Multiple Shipping Destinations
We are unable to split a single order across multiple addresses. To ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
