I tried to buy a set of appliances,Customer service awful and additionally they you are thieves. Fir cancelling the order, that I sent an email before you bring it to my house you are charging with 500 dollars? If I had known that I should have keep them , you should let the customer know the fees beforehand. You are really thieves.

Flawless from start to Finish. The salesperson, Ralph, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the models that work best for my needs and budget. We just took delivery after waiting anxiously for two weeks for the items to come in and the delivery guys were extremely efficient.

I recommend not to buy from this shady business
Moved into a new house needed a refrigerator so I decided to buy from these crooks should have known by their generic business name smh. First off delivery took forever 2 weeks turned into 3 and when it was delivered the doors would not align properly I took it anyway cuz I needed a fridge. Week or two later I noticed the door hinges were kind of bent. So I reached out to support and they sent out a repair guy from GE and he did nothing but did a quick exam and said they don’t fix cosmetics and said that these third party sellers tends to sell refurbished and rejected units as new so be careful. After he left I contacted support, was promised they will fix the issue. They ordered a bunch of parts that I thought they knew what was needed from the report they got from repair guy. When the parts came it was missing the hinge I mentioned above went back to support said they’ll order it but never did and weeks gone by and nothing contact support again now they wanted pictures and part numbers. How would I know? So I had to do some research smh. I paid for a brand new fridge why do I have to go through all this bs. Got them what they needed and asked when will they send someone out to put all these parts together. Mind you I bought this fridge in mid January, it’s now July 8 and issues have not been resolved

Return process impossible
Ordered a banding kit for my new hood. Turned out I did not need it. I submitted a return the day package arrived, unopened. Have called 3x in 7 days, had to submit a ticket, provide photos of the box, confirm I accept the return shipping fee and still no return label. Buyer beware if you ever need to return to this company. It appears to be intentionally complicated to discourage returns, although company states that returns are permitted per their policy.
