Delivery and installation nightmare
The product was fine but the delivery/installation process was a nightmare. I purchased a wall oven with installation and hall away service. I am currently having to reschedule installation for a 5th time as the company continues to not inform the client what parts are required for installation. After initially confirming 3 times that I did not need to purchase any additional equipment, I had to send the first installation team away because that was false. Then I called to purchase the required gas line connection they mistakenly said came with the order and gave credit card info, rescheduled the install and when they arrived was told the part was never processed and had to reschedule again. Then I purchased the required part and today when they came to install was told there was ANOTHER required part they did not have for installation and would need to be purchased. The initial delivery also took several weeks but that was more understandable with shipping. PLEASE contact your clients and give them the FULL list of needed parts for installation before assigning a delivery time with less than 24 hours notice maximum. I am a patient person and have never written a bad review but have now had to call and discuss with both the supplier company and delivery company over 10 times, 5 failed installs, and am still without a working oven. I will now be purchasing the parts myself even though I paid for the service and have been hugely inconvenienced.

Nick has been taking care of me for weeks now. I got a gorgeous kitchen set, Nick explained every detail to me and we just got everything installed. Everything fits and im so happy with my new kitchen!!!!!!

Washer and dryer
Salesman was very good delivery was very unprofessional And then there was minor dents in the dryer the delivery men didn't give me chance to write anything on the delivery paper work. Shop appliances was supposed to refund 170.00 for damage and return pickup fee because I already had the old washer and dryer removed. So very disappointed in the whole deal a lesson learned
