Delivery service is top notch and very…
Delivery service is top notch and very efficient. The ordering process was easy and efficient and the price was extraordinary compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. The customer service was iffy due to not being able to talk directly to a route manager and them not relaying my messages to the appropriate people. After 3 weeks of trying to get the fridge delivered, they finally told me that they only deliver on Fridays, which wasn't stated to me prior. We ended up working together and getting it figured out but the customer service definitely could've been better with trying to find a better solution for delivery dates and times.

We are very happy with the new LG washer and dryer! Shop Appliances was great to confirm our order, stay in touch via email regarding the order and delivery process. The delivery men were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job with installation!

I received excellent customer service from both the delivery drivers and Feriel are Shop Apliances Customer Service. Feriel was diligent in getting me compensated for damage to my item. Thanks to the delivery people and Feriel I will do business with Shop Apliances again and recommend them to others despite the three month wait for my product.

Bait & switch
I ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator at a good (not great) price. The next day I was told it was out of stock and was offered a replacement from a brand I'd never heard of and couldn't find meaningful reviews for. When I declined, they offered a smaller Frigidaire but wanted me to pay more. They had already charged my credit card before confirming inventory. The one positive was that when I objected, they promptly reversed the charge without hassle. Good refund process, but disappointing inventory management and substitution practices.

I tried to buy a set of appliances,Customer service awful and additionally they you are thieves. Fir cancelling the order, that I sent an email before you bring it to my house you are charging with 500 dollars? If I had known that I should have keep them , you should let the customer know the fees beforehand. You are really thieves.
