Cons

Substantial Space Requirement: The 36-inch width and built-in mobile cart create a large footprint, requiring significant floor space during operation and storage.
Higher Capital Investment: Priced for commercial food service operations, making it a major investment compared to residential units or smaller 24-inch models.
Heavy Unit Weight: Higher overall weight makes loading in and out of transport vehicles more demanding compared to tabletop or smaller mobile options.

Conclusion

The Crown Verity CV-PZ36-MB is a commercial power-house designed specifically for caterers and high-volume outdoor food operations that need maximum pizza throughput. While its higher cost and larger physical footprint make it less practical for small venues or light duty, its 3-pizza capacity, 42,500 BTU dual-dome heat architecture, and durable 304 stainless steel construction deliver the performance and reliability required for demanding mobile catering environments.
