Q: What type of fuel does the CVPZ48CB use?

A: This model operates on Liquid Propane (LP). Its lower shelf includes specialized brackets to hold two 30 lb. horizontal LP tanks, ensuring long runtime without interrupting cooking service.

Q: What makes the Volcanic Cooking Stones unique?

Q: Can you control the temperature across different sections of the oven?

A: Yes. The 48-inch cooking deck is divided into four 12-inch tile sections, each independently controlled by its own 12,500 BTUH stainless steel burner. This allows you to cook different styles of pizza or dish items at varying temperatures simultaneously.

Q: What is the total heat output of the CVPZ48CB?

A: The unit features four 12,500 BTUH main burners (totaling 50,000 BTUH) along with a 5,000 BTUH advanced pilot tube system for quick ignition and stable flame retention.

A: The CVPZ48CB comes with the complete 304 stainless steel body and frame, volcanic cooking stones, removable windguards, a center finishing shelf, a removable crumb tray below the burners, and a stainless steel oven door cover.

Q: How do you clean and maintain the CVPZ48CB?

A: The stainless steel body can be cleaned using standard stainless steel polish and a microfiber cloth. For the volcanic stones, brush off debris with a wire grill brush after the unit cools. Do not use water or soap on hot volcanic stones, as moisture can absorb and cause thermal cracking.
