Depending on the stored product, operators can set the temperature at a level between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the refrigeration components are top-mounted, they operate away from debris and dirt on the floor. The refrigeration system uses a forced-air cooling system to move cold air evenly, and a plenum is built into the back wall to support airflow throughout the cabinet.
