This model accommodates (5) 18" x 26" full-size baking pans on the (5) nickel-plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. This model includes (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double pane thermal tempered glass doors and a bright interior light. Each Migali® Convection Oven is rated at 46,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted from 150oF to 500oF using the solid-state digital controller knobs with "the Hold" cooking temperature feature. This model includes an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, a safety shut-off switch, and a dual-speed fan with a delay switch.
