Exceptional 450 CFM Ventilation System:
This is a significant upgrade! With a powerful 450 CFM exhaust fan, these models offer superior ventilation compared to many standard microwaves (and even the 6300 series' 400 CFM). This means they are even more effective at quickly and thoroughly removing smoke, steam, and cooking odors, making them ideal for avid cooks or kitchens prone to heavy cooking.
-
Extra-Large 2.1 cu. ft. Capacity:
Like the 6300 series, these microwaves provide a generous 2.1 cubic feet of interior space. This ample capacity allows you to easily fit larger dishes, multiple plates, or big casseroles, offering great flexibility for family meals or entertaining.
-
Sensor Cook Technology:
This intelligent feature remains a core benefit, automatically adjusting cooking time and power based on the food's moisture levels. This ensures perfectly cooked or reheated results every time, eliminating guesswork.
-
Fingerprint-Resistant Finish (on applicable models):
Many Samsung appliances in these lines come with a fingerprint-resistant coating, particularly on stainless steel and black stainless steel finishes. This helps to keep your appliance looking clean and pristine with less effort.
-
Sleek and Modern Design:
Available in various finishes, these microwaves are designed to be aesthetically pleasing and integrate seamlessly into modern kitchen decors, offering a premium look.
-
Ceramic Enamel Interior:
The durable ceramic enamel interior is a Samsung hallmark. It's scratch-resistant, easy to clean (resisting grease and stains), and inhibits bacterial growth, making maintenance simple and hygienic.
-
Bright LED Cooktop Lighting:
Energy-efficient LED lighting illuminates your cooktop surface, providing excellent visibility while you cook below and consuming less energy than incandescent bulbs.
Frequently Asked Questions by customers

Yes, these models are equipped with advanced Sensor Cook technology. This feature automatically detects the humidity and moisture levels of food during cooking and adjusts power and time for optimal results, eliminating the need for manual time setting for many popular dishes.
-
Is the interior easy to clean?
These microwaves typically boast a Ceramic Enamel Interior. This highly durable, non-stick surface is scratch-resistant, rust-resistant, and very easy to clean. Food splatters can usually be wiped away effortlessly with a damp cloth.
-
What is the wattage of this microwave?
These models generally operate at 1000 watts, providing strong and efficient power for a wide range of cooking, reheating, and defrosting tasks.
-
Can I turn off the turntable for oversized dishes?
Yes, a "Turntable On/Off" feature is usually included. This allows you to stop the turntable's rotation, making it possible to heat larger, rectangular dishes or casserole pans that might not clear the interior walls if rotating.
-
How do I replace the interior and cooktop light bulbs?
Detailed instructions are provided in the user manual for changing both the internal cavity light and the exterior cooktop lights. Typically, cooktop lights are accessed from the bottom by removing a cover, while the interior light may be behind the vent grill. Always unplug the microwave before attempting bulb replacement.
