36" Ultima Midnight Dual Fuel Range

The Ultima Midnight 36-inch dual fuel range has 5 SABAF brass burners with a total of 57,000 BTU’s of power. The continuous cast iron grates sit over an intelligently designed cooktop for maximized space. A wok ring is included and optional accessories such as a stainless steel griddle and simmer plate are available to take cooktop preparation to the next level.

The 5.0 cubic foot oven features dual convections fans and multi-functional cooking settings such as defrost, pizza, broil, etc. for an oven that outperforms the competition.
