Why should you buy Viking VQGFS5301NSS/VQGFS5301LSS Grill? The Pros and Cons
Pros
Portable design with a stable and durable cart
The stainless steel grill cart offers mobility without compromising stability, making it easy to move the grill to different outdoor locations.
Even heat distribution for consistent cooking
The combination of ceramic briquettes and cast brass burners ensures steady, uniform heat across the grilling surface, reducing flare-ups and improving cooking results.
Heavy-duty welded construction for enhanced durability
The stainless steel build prevents grease and moisture accumulation, making the grill more resistant to wear and corrosion over time.
Versatile rotisserie system for professional-style roasting
The built-in three-speed rotisserie motor and powerful infrared burner allow for precise slow-cooking, locking in juices and enhancing flavors.
Advanced lighting for improved nighttime grilling
The dual halogen surface lights and blue LED-lit controls ensure excellent visibility when grilling after dark, adding both functionality and style.
Reliable hot surface ignition for quick start-ups
The ignition system provides a consistent and fast startup, eliminating the need for matches or lighters.
Cons
Heavyweight design may require assistance for transport
While the grill cart provides mobility, the solid stainless steel construction makes it quite heavy, requiring multiple people for relocation.
High fuel consumption due to powerful burners
With high-BTU burners and an infrared rotisserie, this grill consumes more fuel compared to lower-powered models, potentially increasing operational costs.
Premium price point may not fit all budgets
Given its advanced features and durable construction, this grill falls into the higher-end category, which may not be ideal for those looking for a budget-friendly option.
Infrared rotisserie burner requires careful heat management
The intense heat from the infrared burner may require experience and careful adjustments to avoid overcooking or burning food.
Requires ample outdoor space
The freestanding cart design, while providing flexibility, still demands sufficient space for safe operation and storage.
