Why should you buy Viking VQGSB5131NSS/VQGSB5131LSS Side Burner Grill? The Pros and Cons

Pros

Durable stainless steel construction for longevity

The heavy-duty welded design ensures resistance to weather and grease buildup, making it highly durable.

Bright and functional control lighting

The blue LED-illuminated controls provide enhanced visibility, making adjustments easy even in low-light conditions.

Sealed burners for effortless cleaning

With the burner basin and burners being sealed, grease and spills are contained, making cleanup simple.

Versatile heat output for various cooking needs

The two 15,000 BTU brass burners offer both high-heat performance for searing and low simmering capabilities for delicate sauces.

Protective stainless steel cover for longevity

The included cover shields the burners from outdoor elements, preserving their efficiency and lifespan.

Cons

Takes up additional space in outdoor kitchens

This side burner requires dedicated counter space, which may not be ideal for smaller setups.

Premium pricing may not fit all budgets

The high-quality materials and advanced features come at a higher price compared to standard side burners.

Requires an additional, separate gas connection

A dedicated gas line or propane hookup is necessary, which may add to installation costs.

Need an additional burner cover to prevent weather damage

While the stainless steel resist rust, it isn't a full-proof solution. Not using one could eventually lead it breaking down from the outdoor elements over time.
