Boost Burners & Sear Zone: Two Boost Burners deliver additional power to the Sear Zone, creating intense heat for faster searing and stronger grill marks.
533 Sq. In. Total Cooking Area: Offers 428 sq. in. of primary cooking space plus a 105 sq. in. warming rack, providing enough room for larger meals and entertaining.

Cons

No Side Burner: Does not include a dedicated side burner, limiting the ability to prepare sauces, side dishes, or other foods separately from the main grilling surface.
Accessories Sold Separately: Weber Crafted cookware and Weber Works accessories can expand functionality but are not included with the grill.
Requires Assembly: The grill requires assembly before use, which can be time-consuming because of its multi-burner design and cart construction.
Smart Features Require Connectivity: Remote monitoring and app-based notifications depend on compatible smart-device connectivity, which may not appeal to users who prefer a traditional grilling experience.
Propane and Natural Gas Versions Differ: SKU 1502070 is the liquid-propane version, while 1502071 is designed for natural gas, so the correct fuel configuration must be selected for the installation.
No Grill Cover Included: A protective cover is not included, so users may want additional weather protection for outdoor storage.

Conclusion

The Weber Spirit EX-425C Smart Gas Grill offers a strong combination of four-burner performance, 35,000 BTU cooking power, Boost Burners with a Sear Zone, 533 sq. in. of cooking space, Wi-Fi temperature monitoring, and versatile porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates. Its main drawbacks are the lack of a side burner, additional cost and consideration for accessories, assembly requirements, reliance on connectivity for smart functions, and the need to select the appropriate propane or natural-gas configuration. Overall, it is a well-rounded smart gas grill for users who want strong searing performance, precise temperature monitoring, and expandable cooking functionality.
