WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I purchased an ILVE electric range in December. It was delivered three weeks later damaged I didn’t receive it. Sent it back the oven door was shattered shop appliances called me and informed me that it would be faster to receive the damage range and get the part. Have a technician come and replace it at my house so I accepted because it would take three months to get a new replacement range, it has been over four months today. I finally got the oven door replacement part three weeks ago. I called them to let them know so I technician could be scheduled three weeks later they haven’t scheduled an appointment with a technician. I’ve had this range sitting in my house for four months. Nobody ever emails me or calls me to give me any updates. I have to be the one calling them all the time the worst customer service ever I will never buy anything from chop appliances again.

Incredibly disappointing
I ordered a grill online thru the website. I got concerned when i read the grill had been discontinued. Both myself and my wife call the customer service number to clarify if it was in fact available and we were assured by two different representatives that, yes it was available and would be here by my birthday. The day before my birthday I get an email stating it had been discontinued and offering to give me something else. So we call and explain that we doubled checked TWICE to make sure they had the grill in stock. All we got was pretty much "sorry about your luck, we can give you a different item". Nope, I wanted a full refund, which the did provide AFTER the rep acted like we were at fault because they told us I incorrect information. We ordered from here because of the great reviews but unfortunately our experience was terrible. I'll be letting everyone I know about our experience here and hopefully they either get treated better or choose another place altogether.

I had a wonderful experience primarily due to Natasha. She went out of her way to help answer questions about the washer/dryer set I was considering and she made sure that my order was complete. After I ordered the set, she helped me with questions and issues regarding delivery, and she made sure that my order was delivered on time. Throughout the process, she was friendly, had a great sense of humor and served as a great ambassador for shopappliances.com. I will definitely use this company again because of Natasha's excellent customer service! Thanks! A+++

Smooth, on-time delivery!
We were kept updated by the company, so we knew when the shipment would arrive. The driver had to negotiate our long driveway. He did it with ease. The crew was great! Thery carefully unloaded the oven/microwave and put it in the garage.
