Delayed delivery of damaged items
I purchased $5000 worth of appliances from this online store December 15th of 2025. It took them 2 weeks to reach out to me for delivery. We live down a dirt road in the Rocky Mountains, where it has a tendency to snow in the season called winter. They were warned the road was muddy, came and looked at it and after getting to the end of my driveway, they left. I had no opportunity to try and get the appliances. Be warned, they only deliver once per week. So if you happen to have a vacation planned, they may not be able to deliver for > 60 days after you make the order. If that happens and they deliver you a stovetop that is smashed to bits, they will not accept responsibility for their actions. I would STRONGLY recommend you do not purchase from this company unless you live on a paved street. I would STRONGLY recommend you NOT let the crew leave until you have opened every box and inspect the appliances, or you will be screwed. If I could take my $5k back, I would. It was not worth the hassle of trying to receive a delivery or getting the company to replace the damaged item they left here. 0/5 stars, rural buyer beware.
