I had a wonderful experience primarily due to Natasha. She went out of her way to help answer questions about the washer/dryer set I was considering and she made sure that my order was complete. After I ordered the set, she helped me with questions and issues regarding delivery, and she made sure that my order was delivered on time. Throughout the process, she was friendly, had a great sense of humor and served as a great ambassador for shopappliances.com. Smooth, on-time delivery!
We were kept updated by the company, so we knew when the shipment would arrive. The driver had to negotiate our long driveway. He did it with ease. The crew was great! Thery carefully unloaded the oven/microwave and put it in the garage.
