Terrible, do not buy from this company

Bought a mini split package, finally get it delivered after weeks of delays, mini split is missing the front grille, pictures of item on website show complete mini split with front grille, description of package on website indicates complete kit with all accessories, nothing mentions that the grille (which is an ESSENTIAL part of the mini split) is missing, product information from LG doesn't mention anywhere this is missing. Call customer service, customer service says "Oh yeah, that's not included", call LG. LG says hey can't help you, that should've been included with the package, call company you bought it from. Call customer service, they say, " Oh let me get you to warranty dept." warranty dept. says " hey we need you to call customer service as they are the ones who handle order issues" Finally I give up, order a replacement part from a different vendor for $322, and will now never again use this shitshow of a business.

So while I was waitng for updates on my order ( a dishwasher) I googled the company and was very worried. When you read the reviews the company is absolutely destroyed online. Well I don't know if I got lucky or the reviews were off but my experience with them was quite nice. Other then they took the Max amount of time in the delivery window, everything else was fantastic.

Almost 4 weeks later

It’s been since May 8th that purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher and still do not have it. Trucking company has had it since May 17th and still cannot give me a delivery date. It’s been the most frustrating time and a purchase I would advise anyone to not ever do

Oven problems from the start

I have a dual fuel two oven setup. The two ovens cook at completely different temperatures than what they are set on. Each by a 10-50 degree differences. I have to turn one way down below the needed temperature and the other oven has to be set way above. I do not recommend purchasing from here verses a local dealer. A local dealer can send someone over right away to fix the problem. I feel totally robbed with these ovens and regret the purchase.

Working with James was a pleasure from beginning to end … so much so that I ordered a dishwasher the next day … James was very professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE which gave me comfort with his suggestions to buy a much better model than what I originally chose for only a few dollars more after the mfg rebate!

40" Ilve dual fuel range.

40" Ilve dual fuel range. First part of this review is on Shop Appliance. I was looking for the Ilve 40" range but couldn't find anyone that knew anything about it. That is until I called Shop Appliances. I got sales person Natasha on the phone she was great she new all about the Ilve line of ranges, she answered all my questions as the reviews on Ilve ranges were mixed. If you are lucky enough to get her as a sales person it is your lucky day. The range came with a little cosmetic damage. When I called Natasha she immediately put me in contact with Bill in the damage department. Bill was also great took care of my problem and sent it to Ilve which they too took care of my problem. Two great people at Shop appliances. Now to the review of the range. It is such a beautiful addition to our kitchen we love it. We have had it for 2 months now there is a little learning curve on starting the burners but no problems with them. The ovens are great. The only thing that won't fit in the larger oven is a regular size cookie sheet. Overall we are very pleased with the range. Would have loved to get the 48" one but our space only takes the 40" one. Thanks again to Natasha & Bill for all your help.
