Free Nationwide Delivery

ShopAppliances.com offers complimentary nationwide delivery on all orders over $799, and most orders ship with our primary In-Home Delivery service. In-Home Delivery includes room-of-choice placement and one flight of stairs; additional flights may incur applicable fees. We also offer an optional White Glove Delivery upgrade with room-of-choice placement and debris removal. Both In-Home and White Glove deliveries follow our Open & Inspect policy so your unit can be checked with you at delivery. Installation and haul-away are available as separate add-on services and are completed at the same time as delivery. Some ZIP codes fall outside our primary carrier network; if that applies, checkout will display “Curbside Delivery”, and those orders are fulfilled by FedEx Freight LTL or a trusted partner carrier.

Delivery Options

In-Home Delivery

Our primary delivery method for most major appliances. This service is designed for convenience and peace of mind: our delivery team brings your appliance inside your home to your room of choice, includes one flight of stairs, and follows our Open & Inspect policy with you at delivery so any visible issues can be addressed right away.

If your home requires more than one flight of stairs, additional stair-carry fees may apply based on the delivery conditions.

Includes:

  • Room-of-choice placement inside your home (or garage, if preferred).
  • One flight of stairs included; additional flights may have applicable fees.
  • Open & Inspect policy at delivery for both customer and carrier confirmation.
  • Optional installation and haul-away add-ons for eligible products, selected on the cart page and completed during the same delivery appointment.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is an upgraded service option for customers who want an even more complete delivery experience. It includes room-of-choice placement, debris removal, and the same Open & Inspect policy at the time of delivery.

Includes:

  • Room-of-choice placement by the delivery team.
  • Debris and packaging removal after delivery.
  • Open & Inspect policy at delivery.
  • Optional installation and haul-away add-ons for eligible products, selected on the cart page and completed during the same delivery appointment.

Curbside Delivery (FedEx Freight or Alternate Carrier)

If your ZIP code is outside our in-home delivery radius, your order ships via FedEx Freight LTL or a comparable partner carrier. The driver will deliver to the front door, back door, or garage and a signature is required upon receipt.

Important:

  • Room-of-choice placement is not available.
  • Installation and haul-away services are not provided for curbside deliveries.
  • Packaging removal is not included.

Curbside delivery charges shown at checkout are fixed estimates. In very rural or hard-to-reach locations, the actual carrier quote can be higher or service may be unavailable. If that happens, we will contact you to confirm the updated shipping quote or review cancellation options. We recommend calling our team to confirm exact rates when this appears in checkout.

Local Deliveries (Select ZIP Codes in New Jersey & New York): Delivered within 1–3 business days after shipping.

Non-Local Deliveries: Transit times vary by carrier and destination, typically taking 7–20 business days.
